Head of Product, Elpy - A Key Role in Product Leadership and Digital Growth

In this role, you lead the entire product development of Elpy and define the direction of our future product portfolio - from idea to launch and continuous development - with a strong focus on user experience, innovation, and profitability. You drive collaboration between development, business, marketing, and IT to ensure that Elpy remains at the forefront of digital payment solutions, fintech, and customer-centric services.

Responsibilities and Key Tasks

• Develop and execute Elpy’s product strategy to drive growth, customer value, and a strong market position.

• Lead and coach our product team throughout the entire product lifecycle - from insight and analysis to launch and optimization.

• Take responsibility for gathering market and customer insights and translating them into innovative and profitable products and services.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with tech, business, marketing, and risk to achieve product goals and drive digital transformation.

• Prioritize and balance resource allocation, timelines, and ROI to maximize business and customer value.

• Monitor and analyze KPIs and product performance for continuous improvement.

• Act as a spokesperson for Elpy and ensure that the product vision is clearly communicated both internally and externally.

Who We Are Looking For - A Leader in Product Development, Fintech, and Digitalization

• Solid experience leading product development within fintech, payment solutions, e-commerce, or another digital environment.

• Strong analytical and strategic capabilities, with the ability to make commercial decisions and see the bigger picture.

• Experience developing and launching digital products - preferably from a scale-up, consultancy, or entrepreneurial company.

• Confident leadership style, coaching and inspiring cross-functional teams and building a culture of innovation and growth.

• Proactive, humble, and relationship-oriented - you thrive in change and are motivated by delivering results together.

• Strong technical understanding and a genuine interest in customer insights and market development.

• Excellent command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

• Relevant university degree in technology, economics, business development, or equivalent.
